In the single world, getting into a relationship during #cuffingseason can be one of the most cliche things you can do.
The summer of going out, meeting new people, partying and basically doing whatever you please has come to an end, because like it or not, the weather is about to change and get really cold.

Sure, you can still enjoy being single in the winter, but let’s face it, it’s a lot more lonely.

The temperature starts to drop, and you suddenly feel the need to snuggle up against someone and enjoy staying in, watching movies, and eating.

And let’s not forget all of the coupley-things there are to do.

If you live in New York, you can go to Rockefeller Center to see the tree. You can go to broadway shows- christmas shows, and even go ice skating!

You also get to enjoy the holidays with someone by your side with your whole family gets together (for better or for worse).
Especially if you have a rocky relationship with your family, it’s nice having somewhere there can take your mind off the craziness for a bit.

And make being around your family a whole lot more bearable.

Then when the night is over, you can snuggle up, watch your favorite movies and not have a care in the world.

The winter months are also the most likely time people are to conceive, and these numbers drop during the summer.

So it seems pretty obvious why we get into relationships in the winter- it’s human nature.

We’re literally programmed to do what’s best for our survival, and if it means cuffing up just to get through the winter, then that’s what we we’ll do.

Happy cuffing.
